As If We Didn't Already Know, The Democrats Are TRAITORS!

This Ottoman/Armenian genocide resolution (championed by Nancy Pelosi) proves (once again) that the democrats are traitors to the US. If we look at the situation, it becomes pretty clear...

1) The killings took place about 100 years ago.
2) The killings were done by the ottoman empire (not by Turkey).

If it is SO IMPORTANT for this matter to be made part of our public record, WHY HASN'T THE DEMOCRATS DONE THIS DURING THE PAST 100 YEARS OR SO!?!?!

The only answer as to why they are pushing this resolution now is that THEY ARE TRYING TO ALIENATE TURKEY! Why alienate Turkey? - because:

1) Turkey has been allowing us a route to supply our troops in Iraq.
2) Turkey has been abstaining from fighting the Kurds in Iraq.

This resolution will piss-off Turkey and they will cut off our supply route which will hurt our efforts in Iraq. Thereby hurting our troops and helping the enemy.

And... there is a very good possibility that if we alienate Turkey, they will start fighting the Kurds in Iraq and cause us more troubles.

There is absolutely no good reason for the democrats to pass a resolution condeming the Ottomans and only negative reasons.

DEFEND OUR MARINES

Eight Marines have been charged with crimes in Haditha. The American media, politicians, and military lawyers are all demanding convictions to "send a message". The media sees these eight Marines as "symbols of a bad war". Politicians see these men as weapons with which to strike the Bush Administration. The military legal establishment sees these men as a means to an end: further authority over men in combat. These Marines are caught in power games outside their control.

THE NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SERVICE IS NOW LEAKING INFORMATION TO THE MEDIA ABOUT EIGHT ACCUSED MARINES-
It's almost impossible to believe. Military lawyers are now joyously destroying men and women who risked their lives to serve their country. JAGs are acting like Durham, North Carolina District Attorney, Mike Nifong. Destroy the accused to build a career. These are perilous times for our nation.

YOU CAN HELP THE YOUNG MEN WHO ARE FIGHTING FOR THEIR LIVES-
A legal defense fund has been established to assist the Haditha Marines who are being so shamefully railroaded as a result of their combat service in Iraq. A distinguished group of concerned citizens have agreed to serve as board members and will administer the fund. It has been established specifically to provide monies to service members who face criminal charges as a result of their service in combat zones. The name of the fund is the Marine Iraq Legal Defense Fund, Inc. It has been set up as a charitable, non-profit 503(c) corporation. The members of the fund have volunteered to give their time to ensuring our Marines receive the best legal defense available. The board members, most are retired or former service members, include Judge Victor Ramirez, Rickard L. Borg, David Black, Stan Smith, Tom Humphries, and Jack Kelly.
