The teenager had not been in school the day before due to a hospital appointment and had missed the start of a project, so the teacher allocated her a group to sit with.
"She said I had to sit there with five Asian pupils," said Codie yesterday.
"Only one could speak English, so she had to tell that one what to do so she could explain in their language. Then she sat me with them and said 'Discuss'."
According to Codie, the five - four boys and a girl - then began talking in a language she didn't understand, thought to be Urdu, so she went to speak to the teacher.

New York's Department of Motor Vehicles can require immigrants to prove they are in this country legally before allowing them to have driver's licenses, a state appeals court ruled.

The REAL ID is far from dead, New hampshire seems to be the hold-out. Now they are debating on whether to take the Federal Government's money bribe and conform. Let's hope they don't!

Article V Amendment Convention - Congress breaking the law AGAIN???
Yep, it seems that the US Government is again violating the Constitution! All 50 states have submitted the necessary call for a second Constitutional Convention (you know, the thing where the PEOPLE call for Constitutional amendments) but Congress is not allowing it to happen.
It seems that Congress wants to be the sole controller of the Constitution (in violation of the law).
Anyway, there's a lawsuit going on in our favorite court (the 9th circuit court), to force Congress to follow the Constitution.

What prominent muslim figure, who was very critical of his government and responsible for much rioting, got his butt saved by said government via evacuation from war torn Lebanon? Why that would be Ahmed Akkari, the infamous Danish Imam, who was amongst those evacuated from Lebanon this past week.
Akkari, apparently vacationing in the very country from which he ostensibly fled, was evacuated along with 5,000 other Danes by the Danish government via the same embassy that was torched by rioting muslims protesting the prophet Mohammed cartoons earlier in the year.
Akkari, pictured above, is seen scurrying up a ramp past the Danish flag as he boards the evacuating vessel.

Even copies of songs that are cached in your computer's memory or buffered over a network would need yet another license. Once again, Big Copyright is looking for a way to double-dip into your wallet, extracting payment for the same content at multiple levels.

When you ask "Why don't police arrest illegals for being in the country illegally?" you will get the answer that even though they are breaking federal law, immigration enforcement is not in thier jurisdiction but apparently, copyright infringement is in their jurisdiction.
Police officers in Danville, Virginia stopped a car for an equipment violation (e.g. tail light out) and noticed 'home-made' CDs. They used the pretense of music piracy to search the car.
Officer Goins stopped a car because he noticed an equipment violation. As Officer Goins exited his vehicle, McLaughlin, the driver and sole occupant, leaned toward the passenger seat. When McLaughlin told Officer Goins he had a firearm, Officer Goins observed a semi-automatic pistol on the passenger seat and several compact disks (CDs) in the car. Officer Goins suspected the CDs were "pirated," because they were in a "poor quality made CD case with the labeling." He requested assistance from two other officers that had received training concerning CDs. Minutes later, Officers Barker and Perkins arrived. Officer Barker testified that he saw CDs on the front passenger seat and on the floorboard of the car. He testified that "based on [his] training with the recording industry the thin cases and the homemade labels in the cases led [him] to believe they were bogus CDs." He explained: They were thin case CD's and the labels on them were real blurry. You couldn't really make out the reading on them that well. You could just look at them and tell that they were bogus. Concluding that the CDs were illegitimate, the officers seized the CDs they saw and searched the car for others.
The problem with this is that copyright infringement is NOT ILLEGAL! It's a civil infringement!
So apparently, local police CAN NOT enforce immigration LAWS (where a crime is committed) but CAN enforce copyright ordinances (where a crime has NOT been committed)!

Suddenly police officers and men in camouflage swarmed up the path, hoisting a battering ram. “Come out with your hands up immediately, Miss White!” one of them yelled through a megaphone, while another handcuffed the physicist in his underwear. Recalling that June morning in 2003, Lazar says, “If they were expecting to find Osama bin Laden, they brought along enough guys.”
The search was initiated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, a federal agency best known for instigating recalls of faulty cribs and fire-prone space heaters. The CPSC’s concern with United Nuclear was not the uranium, the magnets, or the backyard accelerator. It was the chemicals – specifically sulfur, potassium perchlorate, and powdered aluminum, all of which can be used to make illegal fireworks. The agency suspected that Lazar and White were selling what amounted to kits for making M-80s, cherry bombs, and other prohibited items; such kits are banned by the CPSC under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.

Illegals get lower than market rate mortgages subsidized by the American taxpayer!
The program is called "Opportunity I-Loans" and should be a wake-up call for the citizen of Illinois to do a government house-cleaning in the next few elections!
