Copyright insanity of home photos

Wendy Seltzer has blogged over on Corante.com some stories of copyright insanity. Apparently, people have reported that Kodak's Ofoto and Wally-world is refusing to allow people to access their own photographs because "they look like a professional took the picture" fearing that people are infringing on copyrights.
